Next Level Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established, locally owned residential cleaning company that has been serving the Baton Rouge community for over 40 years. This is a high-quality, premium service provider—not a high-volume cleaning company—focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and long-term client relationships. We are seeking a sales-driven, organized professional who can confidently manage customer interactions, close new business, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $40,000 – $55,000 + bonus/commission potential Bonus/Commission structure tied to sales performance The role is on-site in Baton Rouge, LA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)

Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked services Upsell additional services to existing customers Proactively reach out to past customers to generate new bookings Monitor the schedule and take initiative to fill open time slots Work toward monthly sales and booking goals (bonus eligible) Scheduling & Operations Coordination

Manage and adjust daily schedules for cleaning teams Handle last-minute changes, including call-outs and rescheduling Ensure jobs are properly staffed and schedules are optimized Work closely with the Operations Manager to resolve daily issues Customer Experience & Retention

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Handle complaints and service concerns professionally Maintain strong customer relationships, especially with recurring clients (approximately 60% of business) Update customer notes and preferences to ensure consistent service Administrative Support

Manage job entries and updates within CRM system Maintain internal scheduling tools and notes Track service issues, feedback, and job details Close out jobs and ensure accurate documentation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Proven sales experience (any industry) – including upselling and some cold calling of former clients. Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, reactive environment Comfortable handling both sales and operational responsibilities Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems Preferred Experience in inside sales, call center, or service-based businesses Scheduling or dispatch experience Must be comfortable around animals (dogs and pets are common in both the office and customer homes) Must be willing and physically able to participate in hands-on training with cleaning teams (first few days) and on an as needed basis for emergency situations. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (occasional use of company vehicle) Benefits & Time Off
