(HD On-Road/On-Highway) is responsible for maintaining the regional relationship and business development of the assigned customer (including responsibility for Profit & Loss) and steering the business Main Tasks

Maintain and service assigned OE customer base Locate and deliver new OE business according to long term strategy Effectively communicate customer objectives to internal team to build a high level of customer focus throughout the business Manage customer related projects through the business from initial concept to trial production Provide technical presentations Provide technical support and product training to customers Prepare quotations and execute commercial negotiations in accordance with the company pricing policy Prepare annual sales planning Ensure order in-take and sales activity is in-line with planned targets Accurately forecast customer/market trends for forward planning Manage customer contracts and maintain expected financial results Monitor competitors and share the information within internal teams Act as a team member in program development teams Follow Americas OE Priorities Financial results according to company policy Maintain good customer and internal relationships Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field Experience: 3 - 5 years’ minimum outside sales experience within a custom engineering manufacturing environment Experience in outside sales with OEMs, or Tier 1 Automotive/Truck suppliers Required Skills : Excellent verbal and written English communication, negotiation and presentation skills Efficiency using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Ability to travel up to 25% (mostly domestic) - Disciplined and able to work well under pressure Preferred Experience: Previous sales experience in OEM on-highway markets, as well as filtration is highly desired
