
Client Partner - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities 1. Account Ownership & Growth (P&L Responsibility) • Own P&L for assigned Real Estate accounts (typically $20M-$50M+ portfolios) • Drive double-digit YoY growth through mining and expansion • Manage both existing accounts (farming) and new opportunities (hunting within accounts) 2. Client Relationship Management • Build and deepen relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, and IT leadership • Position LTIMindtree as a strategic transformation partner, not just a vendor • Lead executive reviews, governance, and strategic planning sessions 3. Sales & Business Development • Identify, shape, and close large deals across: o Digital transformation programs o Cloud & infrastructure modernization o Data, analytics & AI o Enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) • Create and manage a strong pipeline aligned to account strategy • Lead RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations 4. Industry Expertise - Real Estate • Demonstrate strong understanding of: o Commercial Real Estate (CRE), REITs, Property Management o Leasing, asset lifecycle, tenant experience o Real estate finance and portfolio optimization • Bring thought leadership on: o PropTech, smart buildings, ESG, digital twins o Automation and data-driven decision making 5. Delivery Oversight & Governance • Ensure successful delivery of programs through close alignment with delivery teams • Drive CSAT, NPS, and account health metrics • Manage escalations and ensure high-quality outcomes 6. Internal Leadership & Collaboration • Work with LTIM's vertical leaders, practice teams, and solution architects • Align internal capabilities to client needs • Mentor account teams and drive a high-performance culture Required Qualifications • 15-20+ years of experience in IT services / consulting / digital services firms • Strong track record managing large enterprise accounts ($10M+ revenue) • Proven success in closing multi-million-dollar deals • Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management / PropTech domain
