
Marketing Content Strategist

Introduction
This role will own content strategy that shapes the company's narrative and reputation with compelling content across the company's owned and operated channels, including organic social media, The Journal, e-newsletters, and brand and destination partner storytelling, while supporting cross-functional teams with high-impact narrative development. Including how the company shows up externally across key announcements, events, partnerships, and milestone moments, as well as supporting PR and Employee Communications with clear, compelling presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6-8 years of experience in marketing content strategy, brand storytelling, social media strategy, or integrated marketing in a high-growth startup, mobility, tech, or consumer brand environment. Experience working with consumer, technical, engineering, and/or product teams to translate complex ideas into clear narratives. Proven ability to develop multi-channel content strategies for brand or product campaigns. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with partnerships, sports/culture marketing, or automotive/tech storytelling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach. Background in Marketing, PR, or Customer Service is a plus. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Developing integrated content strategies for owned marketing channels, including organic social media, blog/longform content, and email, including announcement and partnership storytelling. Build cohesive editorial narratives and frameworks that align with overarching communications and business goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned channels and analyze content performance.
