
Senior Analyst, Omnichannel Integration & EDI

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr. Analyst, Omnichannel Integration & EDI will support and optimize integrations that power omnichannel operations across wholesale, retail, eCommerce, marketplaces, and 3PL partners. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining integrations, monitoring data flows, troubleshooting issues, and improving system reliability across the enterprise technology ecosystem. This position also provides growth potential toward broader integration leadership and enterprise architecture planning.
JOB DUTIES
Support integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, WMS, eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and 3PL systems. Monitor order, inventory, and shipment data flows across channels to ensure accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and EDI issues affecting fulfillment, financial, and operational processes. Manage day-to-day EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, 846) and support onboarding of new trading partners. Support integrations with marketplace and middleware platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Folio3, Celigo, Boomi, or similar solutions. Assist with system testing, upgrades, and omnichannel expansion initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Communicate technical issues and impacts to business users and IT leadership in clear, non-technical terms. Maintain technical documentation for all integration and EDI processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, logistics, sales, and finance teams to support integration initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills & Experience:
4-6+ years of experience in systems integration, EDI, or omnichannel operations. Experience supporting ERP and WMS integrations. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Experience with EDI transaction management and trading partner onboarding. Preferred Skills & Experience:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Lanham EDI or comparable Business Central-integrated EDI solutions. Marketplace and integration platforms (Rithum, Folio3, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.). Working knowledge of APIs, XML/JSON, FTP/SFTP, and AS2 protocols. SQL experience for data validation and troubleshooting. Growth Opportunity:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. BUSINESS HOURS
Hours of operation: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm; extended work hours may be required depending on volume. On-call availability for emergency issues from home.
