Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a dynamic and energetic team. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who thrives in a "work hard, play hard" environment and is passionate about managing and growing a book of business. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule after an initial on-site training period.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)
Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Work Schedule : Flexible hybrid schedule after 90 days of on-site training.
Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business, including contractors, construction, and workers' compensation accounts.
Quote new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Assist in growing the business by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Soft Skills :
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
