Take the next step in your career with us! The Structuring team assists in the development, structuring, and execution of renewable energy projects. This role demands a highly analytical individual with experience in renewable energy, finance, and energy markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic origination and development of projects. Responsibilities: Support the structuring and negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs), financing agreements, and other project-related contracts. Assist in conducting financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends within the renewable energy sector. Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. Ideal Qualifications: Master's degree or MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Renewable Energy, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy, finance, or energy markets. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Understanding of regulatory requirements and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector. Experience with energy storage solutions and technologies.
