Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Order Entry Associate to join our team at ONICON Incorporated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Customer Support and Order-Entry. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Enter customer orders into ERP system and communicate order confirmation to customers Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers Process customer demands and ensures accurate order fulfillment Provide updates on inventory levels, order status, tracking, service contracts, and repair orders Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Develop fundamental knowledge of products to ensure customers receive the right solutions for their applications Generate invoices and credit memos for customer orders Liaise with sales representatives, territory managers, service personnel, inside sales engineers, and production departments Create and maintain customer records with accurate account information Produce domestic and international shipping documents Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
