Commercial Lender
to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and enjoys both business development and credit analysis. What Youll Do: Develop, manage, and grow a commercial loan portfolio Structure, underwrite, and close commercial, consumer, residential, and SBA loans Analyze financials and assess risk to ensure sound lending decisions Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business and retain existing customers Partner with internal teams to deliver a high level of service and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations (including BSA) Identify and manage problem loans and follow through on resolution strategies What Were Looking For: 3+ years of commercial lending experience Formal credit training and strong underwriting skills Solid understanding of banking products, services, and lending regulations Proven ability to develop business and meet production goals Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Bachelors degree required Why Consider This Opportunity?
