Foreperson (Roofing) – Reynoldsburg, OH. Foreperson will be responsible for a 2-person roofing repair crew. Candidates should be able to lead and train crewmembers with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and management. They will be responsible for paperwork, time sheets, mobile applications and ensuring that CentiMark safety policies are followed. The foreperson should be able to take their crewmembers to jobsites and make extensive repairs within the hours provided in a safe and orderly manner. Job Requirements
5 years’ general roofing experience required 2 years of CentiMark roofing experience a plus Strong organizational skills Strong communication/people skills Analytical skills Problem-solving skills Valid state drivers’ license (in good standing) is required Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Shingles Premier Benefits
