Marketing Analyst
The marketing analyst is responsible for delivering consistent, rigorous, and actionable performance analytics across demand generation, growth marketing, and product marketing initiatives. Positioned within Marketing Business Management & Strategy, this role ensures standardized campaign measurement, data integrity, and performance transparency across marketing channels. The analyst translates campaign and funnel data into insights that inform investment decisions, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen accountability to business outcomes. This role will act with significant autonomy within the Marketing function and partners closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Experience, and Finance. The marketing analyst applies structured analytical approaches to moderately complex marketing performance questions and contributes to continuous improvement of marketing measurement practices. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, performance analysis, or business intelligence. Experience working with multi-channel marketing data in a demand generation or broader marketing environment. Experience in SQL Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent). Experience with web analytics and paid media reporting environments (Google Suite, Adobe Analytics, Meta Advertising)
