Design and distribute performance reports and PowerBI dashboards that clearly present key metrics, trends and insights, providing stakeholders with a comprehensive view of organizational progress toward goals. Create and monitor performance dashboards to track and analyze KPIs and OKRs to optimize process improvement activities and support portfolio operations in developing performance metrics. Coordinate and manage the delivery of monthly IT performance dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational priorities and supporting leadership decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate with metric owners across IT to collect, track, and validate data, fostering continuous improvement and compliance with established performance management protocols. Collaborate with the corporate performance management team and OU performance management leads to share best practices. Act as a key consultant to stakeholders, researching best practices to provide recommendations on metrics that impact the ability to provide actionable insights on business operations. Consult with stakeholders on annual planning to identify key performance indicators and OKRs that measure progress against strategic goals, establishing targets that effectively measure and evaluate IT’s organizational health and performance. Seek continuous improvement opportunities to elevate the performance management function; oversee ongoing evaluation and enhancement of performance management methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Proactively identify, assess, and monitor risks that could impact business performance, developing comprehensive strategies to mitigate these risks. Lead engagement efforts with executive leadership, department heads, and operational teams to communicate performance results and foster support for improvement initiatives. Provide stakeholders with actionable insights on how organizational changes will affect performance metrics, enabling smoother adaptation to new performance management systems or processes. Maintain adherence to protecting all assets and handling private data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity. Minimum Qualifications
Seven or more years of experience preparing or supporting performance data analysis/reporting. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Librarian or Business with a technical emphasis. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerBI and Office products, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced data delivery). Experience with Copilot and other AI platforms. Experience interfacing and collaborating with peers, multiple management levels, and internal and external clients. Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with customer/client service analyzing IT metrics to facilitate strategic, data driven decision making. Experience working in IT Departments for an enterprise sized company. Additional Information
The position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. California residency may be required unless otherwise noted. Details will be discussed at the interview stage. Relocation does not apply to this position.
