Workday Recruiter
to support
both contract and permanent hiring
across HCM, Financials, and the broader Workday ecosystem. This is a true
360 recruitment role
where you will own relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering mission-critical Workday talent across enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, and post-production support. What You’ll Do Recruit
Workday functional, technical, and project resources
across contract and permanent positions Support
Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and advisory projects Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, SI partners, and end customers Develop a strong network of
Workday-certified consultants
(HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, etc.) Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Identify new business opportunities and pitch GQR’s Workday staffing and advisory solutions Act as a market expert and trusted advisor within the Workday space Why GQR Certified Workday Partner
with Implementor & Pro certifications Access to
