Assist plant material planners in maintaining accurate EDI releases and constant flow of finished goods from manufacturing facilities to meet OEM orders. Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding. Job Responsibilities: 1. Expedite plants for any OEM shortages. 2. Maintain accurate releases for mfg facilities. 3. Track Supplier Delivery Performance. 4. Customer Service of internal and external customers 5. Maintain daily interaction with customer websites for EDI/ASN requirements and any other relevant data. 6. Handle entry of daily NB transactions (external & internal). 7. Interface with internal departments, manufacturing facilities and corporate offices. 8. Interface with customer supply chain, purchasing and other customer disciplines. 9. Process prototype & miscellaneous orders (follow OEM guidelines). 10. Prepare and maintain various reports as required. 11. Assist accounting in resolution of unpaid OEM invoices. (BOL’s, POD’s and disputes). 12. Attend internal and/or customer meetings as required. 13. Handle document control (filing) and housekeeping (cleanliness & organization of work area). 14. Incorporate teamwork in overall work performance. 15. Other duties as assigned. Management Systems Responsibilities: • Verify compliance with work instructions according to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 requirements and procedures. • Contribute to the Environmental System Management being aware of the ISO 14001:2015 importance of requirements and its benefits, support compliance to environmental goals and objectives. • Participate and complete mandatory training required for the position. xywuqvp • Notify any situation that may represent a non-compliance to the quality, environmental or safety management systems requirements or any other condition that may have a potential or emergency impact. • Education: High School Diploma or GED - Desired: Bachelor degree • Language: Bilingual English & Spanish • Experience: 2 years degree or equivalent experience in general business/customer service . Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
