Marketing Platform Specialist
to support the execution and optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology—responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing email, SMS, and web-based campaigns while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across all channels. You’ll play a key role in delivering data-driven communications that connect our members to the information and services they need.

What You’ll Do Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations
Build, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms.
Create and manage audience segmentation to support targeted and lifecycle campaigns.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure accuracy, personalization, and deliverability.
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics to support continuous improvement.
Manage campaign workflows and calendars to ensure timely, accurate execution aligned with business priorities.
Website & Content Management
Maintain and update website content using Sitecore CMS.
Ensure content accuracy, formatting, brand consistency, and proper tagging.
Support SEO best practices and campaign-specific landing pages.
Platform Administration & Optimization
Support daily administration of marketing technology platforms, ensuring system functionality and data integrity.
Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues; escalate as needed.
Maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign performance tracking.
Document workflows, processes, and campaign procedures to support consistency and onboarding.
Cross-Channel Marketing Support
Support digital marketing initiatives across email, SMS, web, and social channels.
Ensure all campaigns meet brand standards, audience requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Stay current on platform enhancements and marketing technology trends to improve execution.
What You Bring Education & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing technology.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar marketing automation platforms preferred.
Experience building and deploying email campaigns.
Familiarity with audience segmentation and data management principles.
Experience working within a content management system (CMS).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail with a quality assurance mindset.
Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data.
