Victory Fund and Victory Institute are seeking a Digital Communications Manager. Reporting to theVPofCommunications, the Digital Communications Manageris responsiblefordelivering on-brand, compellingcontentand analyzing results to increase web traffic, onlinedonationsandemail acquisitions. The person is also responsible forcreationof print marketing materials and willassistthe Senior Director of Communications with media outreach when necessary. The Digital Communications Manager should be strategic and data-driven, understand the LGBTQ movement and U.S. politics, and enjoy being creative and implementingbig ideas. The ideal candidate will have traditional and digital communications experience,strong writing abilities, and an ability to manage many deadlines and projects at once.Commitment to the mission isa must. This is a union position. Preferenceis given toapplicants with some digital advertising,emailacquisitionand/or Google AdWordsexperience (butit isnotrequired). General Responsibilities

Draftcompellingcontent for websites, socialmediaand organization blogs, and ensure all online content aligns with brand and messaging strategies. Devise,testand implement optimization strategies to improve website,digitaladsand social media performance related to organizational goals. Leverage social media, onlineactionsanddigital promotionsto increase list growth, brandawarenessand online fundraising. Conduct and sharetimelyand regular analysis of websiteand social media performancevia weekly reports. Keep websites fresh with regular updates andwork with consultants totroubleshoot website issues as they arise. Create print marketing materials fororganizationand events – including event invites, event signage, event programs, organizational programbrochuresand other print materials as needed. Assistwith production and creation of annual reports, researchbriefingsand other reports. Create graphics for websites, landingpagesand social media, and edit videos asrequired. Make recommendations onnew technologiesand strategies that could increase the effectiveness and visibility of online presence. Coordinate production and technical needs with contractors/vendors asrequired. Depending on experience,managedigital advertising,emailacquisitionsand/or Google AdWords. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from afour-yearcollege orun university;plusat leasttwo years related experience. Strong attention to detail. Must be extremely well-organized withanability to manageand meetdozens of short and long-term deadlines. Ability to balance competing priorities and perform a wide variety of tasks over the course of the workday. Understanding ofmanaging websites and basic HTML/CSSskills. Experience in social media strategy and managing organizational social media accounts. Interest in and knowledge of the LGBTQmovement and/or progressive issues, and U.S. politics. To Apply:
