Position Type and Compensation
Full-time and Part-time $17-$19/hour Qualifications
Interpersonal skills Friendly disposition Warmth and Friendliness Excellent Communication Passion for Service Patience and Empathy Attention to Detail Bilingual (Preferred) Member Responsibilities
Guest Interaction: Smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically; make emotional connections with guests; greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome; communicate effectively with guests and team members; resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently; seek opportunities to provide 2nd Mile Service; inspire unforgettable moments. Team Collaboration & Adherence: Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant; be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic; adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times. Operational Efficiency: Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly; work on their feet for several hours at a time. Dining Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dining area via sweeping, mopping, and wiping down tables; refresh beverages, clear tables, and serve food. Additional Duties: Other duties as assigned. Requirements
