Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content & Community Coordinator, based in San Diego, CA. This role supports the execution of content production and community initiatives across Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, and Noralee. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is excited to be hands-on in bringing our brand stories to life through photoshoots, events, and community touchpoints. This role bridges creative production with community-facing efforts and plays a key part in ensuring all brand moments are executed seamlessly and on-brand. Job Summary: The Content & Community Coordinator is a support-driven, execution-focused role that assists with photoshoot production, content workflows, sample management, and community activations. You will work closely with the Content Manager, Head of Marketing, and Events & Community Manager to coordinate pre-production, on-set needs, and post-production wrap-up for content shoots, while also supporting events, VIP gifting, and creator initiatives. This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces across teams. Key Responsibilities: Support photoshoot production from preparation through post-shoot wrap, including organizing samples, props, and wardrobe Assist on set with styling, model coordination, and maintaining an efficient shoot environment Coordinate apparel, accessories, and props to align with creative direction and shot lists Support model casting, scheduling, and communication before and after shoots Assist with content creator coordination, including product sends, timelines, and asset organization Track, organize, and manage product samples across all brands for shoots, creators, and gifting Pack and ship samples, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Support planning and execution of community events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance Assist with VIP gifting and ambassador initiatives, including product pulls, packing, and tracking Capture light behind-the-scenes content and support documentation for internal and external use Qualifications:
