Why This Internship Matters Are you someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning numbers into meaningful stories? As a Marketing Performance & Insights Intern at Vibe Credit Union, you’ll gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of data, digital marketing, and strategy. This internship is designed for a curious, analytical thinker who wants real exposure to how marketing performance is measured, optimized, and translated into decisions that impact products, campaigns, and member experiences. You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute to insights that matter. What You’ll Learn & Do Marketing Analytics & Performance Insights Analyze marketing performance across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, using data from Creatio CRM and other sources Use Excel for data validation, ad‑hoc analysis, and light modeling Write and refine SQL queries to pull datasets from Snowflake to support recurring reporting Social Media Analytics Track and report on key social performance metrics including reach, engagement rate, CTR, follower growth, and video completion Analyze content patterns (topics, formats, timing) and recommend ways to improve engagement and efficiency Connect social performance to broader outcomes such as website traffic, inquiries, and campaign goals Marketing Campaign & Operations Support Support segmentation, list hygiene, tagging and UTM consistency within Creatio CRM Assist with data normalization and validation to improve reporting accuracy Partner with team members to document workflows and improve repeatable processes Conduct market and competitor research to support campaigns, product marketing, and content planning Help translate voice‑of‑customer insights into recommendations that inform messaging and channel strategy Who This Is Perfect For Students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field Someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data Comfortable using Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas) and eager to grow technical skills Curious, detail‑oriented, and excited to learn new platforms and tools Able to clearly communicate insights and collaborate within a team Skills You’ll Build Experience working with Power BI (or similar BI tools) and data visualization best practices Exposure to SQL and relational data concepts through real business use cases Hands‑on experience with marketing measurement, performance tracking, and optimization Understanding how analytics supports marketing strategy and go‑to‑market execution Why Intern at Vibe?
