is seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to join their Sacramento team. This role will oversee ground-up and tenant improvement commercial construction projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities Lead daily
field operations
on commercial construction projects Manage
project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics Ensure adherence to
safety standards and quality control procedures Coordinate closely with
Project Managers, owners, architects, and trade partners Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project documentation Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a
Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience with
ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain a productive jobsite Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA certification preferred
Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $140,000+ , depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Vehicle or vehicle allowance Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match
