Position Overview The Director of Account Management is responsible for overseeing the account management team and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the account management team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor account performance metrics and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development. Identify challenges within accounts and develop solutions to improve overall service quality. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in account management, janitorial, and facilities management. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in account management, with a focus on janitorial and facilities management services. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. Familiarity with account management software and tools.
