Our client provides vacation packages specifically designed for nonprofit fundraising events and donor engagement. They are searching for a Sales Representative to join their team ASAP!
Salary: $65-80k base salary + uncapped commission
Job Summary: Our client is is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help expand its reach within the nonprofit sector. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business with foundations, associations, and charities, particularly those not currently utilizing auctioneer-led fundraising models. You will manage the full sales cycle from outbound outreach and lead generation to delivering virtual presentations and closing deals while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B or nonprofit sales experience, a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, and a passion for working with mission-driven organizations. This is a high-growth opportunity offering strong earning potential and the ability to make a meaningful impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the nonprofit sector (e.g., foundations, associations, charities, and NGOs)
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads
Deliver compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations tailored to nonprofit needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Executive Directors, Development Directors, Operations Leaders)
Understand client challenges and position solutions that align with fundraising, donor management, program delivery, or operational efficiency
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience (B2B, or nonprofit-focused sales preferred)
Experience selling into or working with nonprofit organizations is highly desirable
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust and credibility with mission-driven stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
