Summary\nWe are looking for an energetic, client focused, and detail-oriented Account Manager Associate. If you are looking for a role that will allow you to grow your insurance knowledge as well your career in insurance, this is the position for you. The Account Manager Associate is responsible for assisting Account Executives and Account Managers with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates as required

Orders and processes scheduled loss runs and on demand loss run requests

Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers

Requirements

1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred

Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skills

Ability or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Education, Licensing Or Certification Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred

Willingness to obtain the Tennessee Property & Casualty License
