The company is in an active growth phase, expanding into new markets, new product models, and new partnership structures.About the RoleThe Director, Strategic Partnerships & Growth reports to the Senior Vice President of Revenue. This role owns the full lifecycle of partnership and growth opportunities for Social House, from identification and evaluation through negotiation, execution, and operational handoff. The Director serves as the primary point of contact for potential partners and is responsible for building data-backed business cases that enable leadership to make informed decisions about where and how Social House expands.This is an individual contributor role at the director level. The Director works cross-functionally with operations, production, finance, and other departments to build business cases, structure deals, and ensure smooth transitions to execution teams.Core ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Pipeline ManagementTrack, triage, and prioritize inbound partnership and growth opportunities across all business verticalsProactively identify and source new domestic and international opportunities aligned with company strategyMaintain a structured pipeline of opportunities at various stages of evaluation and executionMarket & Venue Opportunity AnalysisResearch and assess markets, venues, and potential partners for strategic, operational, and financial fitGather and synthesize relevant data to support thorough opportunity evaluationEvaluate domestic and international expansion opportunities across both the Holiday and Live divisionsProduct Fit Identification & Model DevelopmentDetermine which existing product models (ticketing partnerships, production services, IP licensing, territory licensing, asset sales, full-scale production, etc.) best fit a given opportunityCollaborate with SVP of Revenue to develop new product models when existing offerings do not align with a viable opportunityLeverage historical partnership performance data to inform product fit decisions and deal structuringPartner EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for potential partners throughout the evaluation and deal processExtract relevant information from partners to support opportunity assessment and business case developmentUnderstand and apply internal negotiation levers, operational capabilities, and strategic priorities during partner discussionsBusiness Case DevelopmentBuild thorough, data-backed business cases for each qualified opportunity, including financial projections, operational requirements, and strategic rationalePresent recommendations to leadership with clear analysis supporting the path forwardUse historical deal outcomes as benchmarks to strengthen projections and validate assumptionsDeal Execution & Operational HandoffNegotiate terms and carry approved deals through to signed agreementCoordinate across departments (production, operations, finance, legal) to structure deals that are operationally viableEnsure clean handoff to execution teams with all necessary context, terms, and expectations documentedPerformance Tracking & Continuous ImprovementMonitor deal outcomes against original business case projections to assess impact and inform future decisionsDevelop and refine evaluation frameworks, templates, and financial models that strengthen the company's ability to assess opportunities consistentlyContribute to building repeatable processes and tools within the company's operating systemsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in partnership development, strategic planning, market analysis, or a related field, preferably within live events, entertainment, or experiential industriesDemonstrated ability to build financial models and data-driven business cases that support executive decision-makingExperience negotiating and closing partnership, licensing, or venue agreementsStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market data, financial projections, and operational considerations into clear, actionable recommendationsProven ability to engage directly with external partners, venues, and stakeholders at various levels of seniority and represent the organization with credibilityExperience working cross-functionally across operations, production, finance, and leadership teams to build consensus and drive outcomesAbility to manage multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentSelf-directed with sound independent judgment and a bias toward actionExperience developing evaluation frameworks, process documentation, or business models in environments where established processes did not previously existFamiliarity with CRM or project management platforms; ability to consult on the scoping and buildout of internal systems and workflowsLocation & TravelThis is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
