AI & Digital Experience Intern

We are currently seeking an AI & Digital Experience Intern to join Primo Brands this summer in Tampa, FL. The intern, reporting to IT Infrastructure and Service Management leadership, will support the design and development of AI-driven solutions that enhance employee productivity and self-service capabilities across the organization. This role will focus on practical AI applications within IT support, knowledge management, and the digital workplace. Duration: May 26, 2026 July 31, 2026. Must be available for orientation during the first week (5/26 5/29), final project presentation during the last week (7/27 7/31) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/1 7/24, excluding unpaid company holidays (Friday, 6/19 & Friday, 7/3). Any known absence must be communicated in advance to the Recruiter, Internship Program leaders, and the Hiring Manager. Schedule/Hours per week: Monday Friday, 30 - 40 hours per week during the 10-week program. Ability to work in office 3 5 days per week based on individual team schedules. Remote workdays and overtime hours must be approved in advance by your manager. Eligibility: Ability to commute to the Primo Brands Headquarters in Tampa, FL throughout the program. Some travel may be required, including overnight. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline at an accredited institution. Junior undergraduate standing preferred; motivated candidates at other academic levels will also be considered. This internship is designed as a paid professional experience and does not include academic credit. Compensation: $28.00 / hour. Responsibilities

In an environment focused on operational efficiency, innovation, and employee experience, the AI & Digital Experience Intern will play a key role in exploring practical AI solutions that improve how employees interact with IT services and internal knowledge systems. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design and prototype an AI-powered assistant to support IT and employee inquiries using internal knowledge sources (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, policy documentation). Analyze common support requests and identify opportunities for automation and self-service improvement Support the integration of AI capabilities into the internal intranet portal and digital workplace tools. Assist in evaluating AI tools and platforms for enterprise use, including accuracy, usability, and risk considerations. Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Service Management teams to align AI use cases with business needs. Document findings, recommendations, and potential scalability of AI solutions Develop and present a final presentation showcasing project results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline at an accredited institution. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital workplace technologies Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, large language models, or data-driven applications Familiarity with tools such as Python, Power BI, or low-code platforms is a plus Interest in enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) or ServiceNow is preferred Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate problems and propose structured solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
