Spectrum by Watchfire is seeking a proven sales leader to take ownership of one of our most important and dynamic marketsTexas. This is a high-impact leadership role based at our Houston scoreboard manufacturing facility near Hobby Airport, offering the opportunity to lead, grow, and shape a best-in-class sales organization in an industry that brings communities together through sport. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead both Outside and Inside Sales teams, setting strategy, developing talent, and driving results across the state. You'll be hands-on in recruiting top sales professionals, coaching, and mentoring your team, leading sales meetings, and partnering directly on complex, high-value opportunities. Construction industry experience (i.e., RFP's, Plans, Specs, Architects, General Contractors, Submittals) An understanding of selling into the public sector. Successful background in sales. Role Responsibilities: Sales Reporting & Analytics Sales Operations & Process Management Leadership, Employee Support & HR Coordination Cross Functional Communication & Collaboration Presentations, Meetings & Executive Reporting Administrative Oversight & Documentation Required Qualifications/Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills; expert with Excel and large datasets. High attention to detail with the ability to review, reconcile, and validate complex data. Exceptional communication skills across departments and leadership levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working independently while supporting a distributed sales team. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Experience presenting to groups and representing the company at events. Experience using Salesforce.com. Required Education and Licensing: A bachelor's degree in business, sales, technology, or a related field is preferred.
