Strategic Commercial Account Manager, Regional New Business Focus
Job Type: FLSA Non-Exempt Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Documentation Process documents necessary to maintain the Strategic Account Executive team workflows, utilizing agency management system. Processes including but not limited to: Generation of surveys and request renewal applications Submit BORs to carriers and tracking of responses Create and complete COPE spreadsheets, as needed. Request loss runs and prepare Loss Summaries Prepare Proposals Compare quotes against submissions Sending documents for signature via DocuSign Identify insurance requirement wording within client contracts Review and summarizing of coverage contained in client legacy insurance policies Supporting Senior Account Executives and Strategic Sales Members Communication of binders and carrier correspondence to/from account management team Coordination of printed presentation materials Documentation of marketing correspondence Teamwork Function as team member of the Agency Workforce to ensure superior service to all MMA Clients. These activities include but are not limited to: Perform tasks assigned by SAE team members Attend meetings with Risk Management Team as appropriate. Treat clients, prospects, and company employees with courtesy and respect. Contribute to a team approach toward meeting goals and providing excellent client service. Coordinate and monitor usage and quality of outsourcing teams Demonstrate cooperation and effective communication with clients, vendors and co-workers. Ability to support the SAE team effectively through problem solving, confidentiality, diplomacy, sensitivity and tactfulness Other duties as requested by members of SAE team Provides guidance / quality check for other's work Technical Expertise Demonstrate the technical expertise to assist in maintaining the Client Insurance Program. These duties include but are not limited to: Obtain insurance designations of CIC or equivalent Communicate with insurance carriers as needed Communicate with clients as needed Demonstrated success in servicing multiple client new and renewal business under mentorship of team members Requirements: Education: College Degree, preferred P&C License 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial accounts Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills. Operational knowledge of various Windows-based application programs such as Excel and Word
