Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Events to build and lead a newly established events function supporting rapid retail and brand expansion across the U.S. This role will define strategy, develop scalable processes, and execute high-impact retail activations, including flagship openings, pop-ups, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Responsibilities: • Establish and lead the U.S. events strategy aligned with brand, retail, and commercial objectives •

Define event tiers including flagship openings, pop-ups, exhibitions, IP launches, and community activations • Build and manage annual event roadmap, budgets, and scalable operational frameworks • Lead end-to-end execution of retail activations across multiple locations nationwide • Manage external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders • Track event performance through measurable KPIs such as traffic, sales, and brand engagement • Develop SOPs, vendor playbooks, and approval workflows to support scalability • Build and maintain vendor networks across regions (West, Central, East) • Ensure compliance with local regulations, mall policies, and safety standards • Partner with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Operations teams • Translate global brand direction into localized event execution • Support hiring, development, and scaling of the events team over time Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in retail events, experiential marketing, or brand activations • Proven experience building or scaling an events function from the ground up • Strong project management and budget ownership experience • Experience managing multi-location retail activations • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills • Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution • Proficiency in English is required, as the role involves cross-functional collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders across the U.S. About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
