Non-Exempt Position Reports to: Director of Marketing Operations
Summary/Objective We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated individual to join our growing Marketing & Web team. This entry‑level role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in digital marketing, ecommerce, and website optimization. You’ll work closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Web Development teams to maintain and improve our ecommerce website, enhance user experience, and support ongoing marketing initiatives. This role provides significant opportunity for hands‑on learning in areas such as Adobe Magento, SEO, analytics, and web enhancement projects.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Website & Content Management Update and maintain ecommerce site content including product data, pricing, imagery, and copy
Add new products and ensure all information is accurate and optimized
Maintain Help Center and Blog content
Perform routine audits to ensure consistency, accuracy, and a strong user experience
Web Enhancements & Technical Support Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, enhancements, and deployments
Collaborate with Web Development to push updates and troubleshoot issues
Manage and optimize the AI Smart Search Engine (Klevu)
Identify and report website bugs, working cross‑functionally to resolve issues
Monitor site performance and contribute to UX improvements
Communicate with Customer Care to address customer‑reported website concerns
SEO & Analytics Support Maintain site health with technical SEO best practices
Optimize content for SEO/AEO and assist with ongoing improvements
Support basic reporting using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Conductor SEO
Marketing Operations & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising to support seasonal and campaign updates
Participate in weekly Marketing team meetings and coordinate updates based on the media plan
Support special projects and platform enhancements as assigned by Marketing Operations leadership
What Makes You a Great Fit (Required Skills) 1+ year experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or web content management
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, and basic web structure
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self‑motivated and eager to learn
Preferred Skills (Nice To Have) Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce
SEO experience (technical or content-driven)
Adobe Photoshop or similar editing tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4
Exposure to Google Tag Manager
Work environment On‑site, in‑office environment, moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers)
Position type and expected hours of work Non‑exempt position, 40 hours-typically between the hours 8am -5pm.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10lbs occasionally.
