About The Job The Content Specialist will serve for success by planning, writing, and managing Stutsman content and communication across publications, social media platforms, websites, blogs, advertisements, and collaterals. Responsibilities Understands overall company goals, division priorities, and product seasonality to help develop and execute creative content Ability to keep multiple projects, details and deadlines on task simultaneously Effectively and efficiently manages time to execute multiple projects and plans according to priority - must be able to easily switch focus when directions and priorities shift Can share ideas clearly and concisely with the appropriate target audience Collaborates with Stutsman team members to execute marketing initiatives, keeping project stakeholders updated on campaign or project progress Identifies marketing and communication opportunities and meets them with innovative approaches and ideas - can tackle problems/challenges with creativity and resourcefulness Dedicates time to learning about a variety of industry topics, products, and services Actively acquires new marketing skills and competencies while staying current on shifting marketing and industry trends Shares knowledge, skills, and tools to help improve team performance while constantly looking for ways to set the bar higher in all aspects of the position Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and quality on all projects and marketing initiatives Monitors content performance, converts data into meaningful analysis and actionable plans while identifying trends to help structure future content and campaigns Other duties as assigned Requirements Strong written and visual storytelling skills to create compelling and creative content for multiple channels including social media, website, blogs, advertisements, collaterals, and publications Ability to adhere to brand voice to maintain consistency across channels Social media strategy and analysis development experience Photography and videography skills Understands SEO principles to optimize website copy for search Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Audition Bachelor’s degree in agricultural business, agricultural communications, marketing, business, journalism or related fields Experience and/or background in the agriculture industry is preferred Occasional duties outside of traditional work hours may be required Possesses and maintains a valid driver’s license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation Benefits : We offer a wide range of employee benefits along with competitive compensation, opportunities for career development, and a dynamic work environment.
