Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of marketing projects, website management, social media, video platforms, company or product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional product initiatives and programs related to communication, promotions, special events, public relations, and community impact. This position offers considerable opportunities to leverage and develop skills in market research, branding, project management, building meaningful local partnership and execute grassroots initiatives to drive engagement.

This role focuses on driving marketing initiatives that support revenue, profitability, and market share objectives while engaging with local communities and stakeholders.
Essential Functions

Contributes to the development and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
Coordinating all aspects of the organization’s online presence, including writing, editing, proofreading site content and working closely with the website host provider to maintain site standards and track statistics.
Manage direct marketing campaigns from planning to delivery and measurement of effectiveness, including newsletter creation, email campaigns, and online and print advertising.
Develop and manage video platforms.
Develop the annual advertising and marketing plan.
In collaboration with the Data Analyst, utilize patient demographic data from the Electronic Health Record platform for direct marketing campaigns to patients.
Work with the Director of Outreach and Enrollment on promotional items strategies.
Manage collateral projects as defined by the Director of Outreach and/or CEO: content collection, production and printing/distribution, and inventory management.
Maintain files and information for key vendors such as contacts, solution descriptions, active deals, product information and versions, marketing events, quotes, and website content.
Identify and cultivate relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and partner organizations to expand the organization’s footprint.
Assist in developing policies and procedures for the marketing department’s practices to streamline operations.
Create, edit, and produce digital (website, webinar, newsletter, email) and physical marketing materials (presentations, brochures, fact sheets, other promotional products).
Create periodic marketing reports providing insight into defined KPIs, delivering assessments and suggestions to improve and optimize them.
Participate in departmental meetings to understand how to best market our services.
Negotiate and work with external parties (vendors/suppliers).
Ensure that messages support and are consistent with marketing strategies and the organization’s mission.
Coordinate targeted outreach campaigns for specific seasonal programs or time‑sensitive initiatives.
Improve communication efficiencies within the company.
Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Other related duties as assigned that support organizational goals and objectives.
Complete initial assessment of patient according to policy and procedure and document appropriately.

Attends scheduled staff meetings; reads and returns all monthly staff meeting minutes.
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
Communicates the mission, ethics, and goals of the facility.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in the marketing and/or business field or equivalent related experience.
Experience
3 years of related experience preferred in marketing and grant writing.
Skills & Abilities
Technical skills required: Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
Purchasing and inventory management experience is an asset.
Project management experience.
Experience with web analytic tools, CMS, and Google Analytics preferred.
Good knowledge of web technologies, protocols, and tools; internet marketing skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills for both external and internal audiences.
Other Requirements
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Salary Description $52,000 – $60,000 annually
