The Multimedia Production Specialist is responsible for creating engaging visual content—including photography, video, graphic design, and other digital media—to support the organization’s marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and a strong eye for visual storytelling to capture and showcase the company’s people, projects, and services.
Working closely with the marketing team, this position will help identify content needs, develop creative concepts, and deliver high-quality multimedia projects that support both internal and external communications. Depending on the candidate’s experience and availability, this role may be structured as either a full-time or variable-hour position.
Responsibilities
Create content for corporate social media accounts as directed
Create graphics, animations, video and audio elements for multimedia projects
Complete post-production activities such as video and photo editing
Ensure proper company branding in all aspects of operations across multiple business units
Working Conditions
Sit, talk, listen, observe, read, write, and type for extended periods of time
Stand, bend, lift, and walk
Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design and/or relevant experience preferred
Proficient in the use of marketing tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite to include Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PremierPro (Final Cut), After Effects, etc. preferred
Ability to work independently
Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a positive and productive attitude
