Job Description
Insight Global’s client designs and manufactures electro‑mechanical products and software solutions. They are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to help support their team.
The Marketing Manager develops a deep, technical understanding of their product line and creates product messaging and marketing campaigns to help set our sales teams up for success. This role is a hands‑on position that is responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, while measuring and reporting results.
Responsibilities
Works closely with the product management and sales enablement teams to promote existing products and launch new products / key product capabilities
Crafts compelling product messaging, positioning, and use cases for our products
Builds and manages a complete set of sales tools including presentations, datasheets, cheat sheets, value prompters, press releases and more
Works to ensure the sales organization can effectively position Skyline products and capabilities across different segments
Drives demand and adoption of our offerings
Builds customer relationships to develop references, case studies, press releases and vocal champions
Is an internal authority to support development of leadership and solution content for use in marketing and sales campaigns
Coordinates and executes all planning and logistics for an annual conference plus 20-25 trade shows each year
Reports on the results and impact of marketing strategies
Conducts Win/Loss analysis interviews with customers and prospects and presents findings to management

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of Product Marketing Management of any technical products (SaaS, computer hardware, any electrical or mechanical solutions, etc.)
Experience putting together marketing plans, collateral, and materials related to email, physical materials, mail, and digital
Experience putting together marketing strategies generally and particularly pertaining to tradeshows
Experience with the planning, logistics, instruction, and implementation of a marketing strategy
Experience tracking metrics and results of marketing campaigns and then making adjustments
Experience managing, leading, or mentoring more junior marketing professionals
Experience partnering with internal stakeholders to match their needs
Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience
CRM experience
Able to work onsite at least 3 days a week in CO Springs and comfortable with up to 20% travel – B2B preference
Hubspot experience
Experience managing marketing budget of at least half a million dollars
Experience managing contractors
Pragmatic Institute Experience or Certifications
