The Showroom Sales and Design Professional plays a pivotal role in guiding customers through the selection and design process of high-end kitchen and bath building products. This position combines consultative sales expertise with creative design solutions to support residential new construction and remodeling projects. Position Responsibilities
May Include:
Deliver a high level of personalized service by greeting customers and understanding their project needs
Provide expert product knowledge and industry insight to help customers select the best solutions for their kitchen or bath
Continuously expand product knowledge to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared with clients
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by nurturing leads and maintaining strong client relationships
Prepare and communicate estimates, terms of sale, order details, and warranty information
Use 2020 Design Live (Cyncly) software to design and price cabinetry solutions—stock, semi-custom, and custom
Create and refine cabinetry layouts to meet customer specifications and design preferences
Conduct field measurements to confirm dimensions and space requirements
Visit job sites to provide design consultation, product recommendations, and conceptual ideas
Complete all necessary paperwork to finalize orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
Proactively inform customers of changes, lead times, and other project-related updates
Support additional business needs and perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
Experience in Kitchen & Bath Design / Sales is required
Familiarity with design software such as 2020 Design Live, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or AutoDraw is recommended (training available)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and departments
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative, consultative approach to sales and design

Experience
2 years of inside or outside sales experience
Experience in new construction and/or remodeling is a plus
Education/Certification
Recommended Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Interior Design Architecture Construction Management Business Administration Marketing or Sales
Completion of a Kitchen & Bath Design certification program (e.g., NKBA-accredited courses)
Vocational or technical training in CAD software, 2020 Design Live, or other design platforms
On-the-job experience in retail sales, home improvement, or building materials
