Principal Account Executive – Acute Care & Monitoring Location: Long Island, NY (may be based in Brooklyn, Queens, or Western/Central Long Island). Remote role, but candidate must drive to multiple accounts in territory. Valid driver’s license required. A Day in the Life Promote ACM portfolio to specialists and clinical/technical professionals. Practise effective territory management, planning, organization, and expense control. Responsibilities Actively seek to develop and expand territory via management and selling skills; plan and execute work to achieve or exceed sales targets. Be product expert and provide education & training to clinical end users and hospital staff in assigned territory. Gather market intelligence (product, price, promotion, discount, etc.) by observation, discussion, or research; seek to develop new business opportunities. Work individually and as part of wider team to establish and foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders. Ensure timely follow‑up & prompt resolution of customer/patient technical & product issues, including after‑hours support when needed. Required Knowledge and Experience High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 6+ years of field sales experience. Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience. Bachelor’s Degree AND at least 2+ years of field sales experience. Nice to Have Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of hospital or medical sales experience. Clinical experience or background selling clinically. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving skills coupled with patience and persistence to follow through. Highly organized with good time management skills; ability to manage conflicting priorities. Driven, self‑motivated individual who can work autonomously. Salary and Benefits Base salary range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD. Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP).
