Job Description
The Waldinger Corporation, a growing leader in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal, is seeking a full‑time business‑to‑business sales professional to join our team.
In this role, you will develop new customers for commercial HVAC and Refrigeration sales and services, meeting annual goals and promoting growth of preventative maintenance contract sales. You will build a book of business with new customer acquisitions while maintaining relationships with facility‑services leaders, prospect through cold‑calling, and diligently follow up on leads. Your responsibilities include developing accurate, full‑service proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
Requirements
Two years of outside sales experience
Flexibility to work hours required to meet client needs
Self‑directed with a strong work ethic
Ability to sell 'value' as well as price
Proficiency with sales‑management software tools
Good communication skills
HVAC/R experience preferred
