Job Overview We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to manage and execute our customer relationship management (CRM) programs for the FINN Partners’ agency brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM campaigns that foster leads, drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle management, as well as a passion for delivering personalized digital experiences tracked to measurable results. Experience managing CRM/lead gen campaigns for professional services companies is a plus. Open Positions CRM/HubSpot Marketing Manager Location: New York, NY Remote Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including practice leaders, business development, and the agency marketing team, to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business goals. Collaborate with our team of channel strategists to design and implement CRM programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Align initiatives with specific marketing goals and company objectives, focusing on data management, customer segmentation, and targeted campaigns across channels. Plan, execute, and optimize full‑funnel, multi‑channel CRM campaigns, including email, digital, paid, and organic social. Utilize customer segmentation and behavior analysis to deliver targeted messaging. Help maintain, organize, and optimize customer data within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and effective segmentation for personalized communication. Align data with campaign goals. Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to personalize communication and offers. Use data‑driven insights to refine targeting. Analyze CRM campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to agency practice leaders and senior management on key metrics such as client acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Ensure all CRM activities comply with legal standards, particularly data privacy laws such as opt‑in and GDPR. Maintain high levels of data security and integrity. Oversee the use and optimization of HubSpot CRM tools and platforms. Ensure data integrity and security. Assist strategists by providing customer data and insights for creating customer journey maps and lifecycle strategies. Stay updated on CRM best practices, features, and technologies. Continuously test, learn, and optimize strategies to improve performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns. Agency experience is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and marketing automation. Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and derive actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Trusted collaborator, self‑starter, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent time‑management, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ priorities in a complex environment while ensuring deliverables are received on time and documented. Basic understanding of data privacy laws and compliance practices. Salary Salary range is $95,000–$102,000, commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and dependent upon location.
