About the Opportunity We’re looking for an Art Director who can translate creative vision into clear, executable outcomes across campaign, e-commerce, and brand content. This role sits at the intersection of art direction and production. You will partner closely with the Creative Director to develop visual direction, lead day-to-day creative execution, and provide hands‑on production support to ensure ideas move efficiently from concept to launch. You’ll help maintain creative consistency across all brand touchpoints while supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of photoshoots and content production. We’re seeking someone with a deep understanding of brand, someone who is constantly collecting references, refining taste, and proactively building visual inspiration. You have a strong point of view and sharp creative instincts, with the ability to shape the work and ensure it is executed with strong attention to detail. You will report directly to the Creative Director and collaborate cross‑functional with Marketing, Product, and E‑commerce teams.
What You\'ll Do: Art Direction Translate Creative Director vision into actionable visual direction
Supports the development of concepts for campaign, e-commerce, and brand content
Help guide photography, styling, casting, and set direction across shoots
Ensure creative consistency across site, campaigns, social, and marketing channels
Provide clear visual direction to designers, photographers, stylists, and content creators
Provide light design support across marketing and campaign deliverables when needed
Elevate creative output through thoughtful detail, refinement, and strong taste
Production & Shoot Execution Support end-to-end photoshoot execution alongside the Creative Director
Assist in building shot lists, creative decks, casting direction, and production plans
Help coordinate production logistics including timelines, talent needs, and deliverables
Act as on-set creative lead when appropriate, ensuring alignment with visual direction
Troubleshoot creative and operational challenges during production
Maintain momentum between concept approval and final asset delivery
Partner with internal teams and freelance partners to ensure efficient execution
E-Commerce & Content Oversight Oversee ongoing e-commerce photography direction and seasonal refreshes
Ensure product imagery meets brand standards and commercial objectives
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align deliverables with campaign priorities
Maintain clarity around asset needs, timelines, and creative expectations
Creative Operations & Collaboration Support implementation of creative processes, tools, and workflows
Maintain organized Figma boards, references, and creative documentation
Communicate clearly across teams to reduce ambiguity and keep projects moving
Anticipate gaps and proactively solve problems before they escape
Balance creative ambition with business timelines and production realities

Photoshoot production or on‑set leadership experience
Strong understanding of commercial photography and lighting direction
Experience managing freelance creatives or production partners
Experience working in fast‑paced e-commerce or DTC environments
Tools & Technology Creative & Design Figma — creative boards, planning, and collaboration
Adobe Creative Suite — reference development
Production & Planning Asana — project tracking and timelines
Dropbox — asset organization and delivery
Photography & Asset Workflow Capture One or Lightroom familiarity preferred
Basic understanding of production workflows and file management
