This is a remote plus travel position for client meetings, site visits, and event execution
Must reside within 25-50 miles of Nashville (similar positions also available in South Florida, Arizona, and Nevada)
Position Requirements:
At least 3 years’ related experience in conference/corporate event planning
Excellent writing and presentation skills
3rd party event planning or Destination Management experience preferred
Demonstrate previous high-level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Software
Demonstrated ability in developing strategies for effective program operations
Creativity and strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to monthly for tradeshows, site visits, program execution and industry events
Compensation Package: $72,000 - $82,000, plus uncapped commission (est $5 - $15k for first year), year end bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, IT package, Flexible PTO and much more!
