Senior Executive For Publishing And Media Operations

We are partnering with a privately held, multi-market media company to identify an accomplished senior executive who will drive publishing and media operations across several U.S. regions. This position blends strategic business direction, operational management, revenue expansion, and external stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced media environment.

The ideal leader will take ownership of performance outcomes and growth initiatives for a diverse portfolio of media properties, collaborating with content, commercial, and operational functions. Primary Accountabilities

Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams across sales, content, and operations

Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting across assigned markets

Identify and drive new revenue opportunities, including audience growth and diversified monetization

Develop and execute advertising and revenue strategies across print, digital, and emerging platforms

Partner with editorial leadership to uphold content standards, audience trust, and brand credibility

Support modernization initiatives related to digital products, audience engagement, and operational efficiency

Provide executive oversight of market-level operations, ensuring performance against financial and strategic goals

Represent the organization externally with key business, community, and industry stakeholders
