User Experience Designer Job at US Tech Solutions in San Francisco

Pay rate: $90- 110/hr on w2 (no benefits) Overview We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate will contribute across the design lifecycle—from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes—while working closely with product managers and engineers. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions Advocate for prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements Communicate user experience concepts at various stages using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes Manage multiple projects simultaneously and allocate time appropriately across them Minimum Qualifications 5–8 years of experience as a UX designer Experience designing geospatial product solutions, including data visualization tools Proficiency with standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) Familiarity with AI tools in day-to-day design workflows Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale Strong communication skills with the ability to execute independently Experience designing for AI-powered features or generative media About US Tech Solutions US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
