Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Provides technical assistance to clients using Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP software, troubleshooting issues related to module for financials resolving problems through analysis of system logs, configuration checks, and coordination with other support teams to ensure optimal system functionality and customer satisfaction. Should have the expertise to configure, develop, and implement integrations in the platform using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Should have experience in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes like FSL, GL, AP modules and their alignment within Oracle Fusion ERP. Oracle certifications in ERP Cloud, OIC, or OCI preferred. Roles & Responsibilities • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle Fusion ERP modules like FSL, GL, AP including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues. • Customer Interaction: Responding to business inquiries via email, and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users. • Log Analysis: Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems. • Configuration Management: Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle Fusion ERP modules like FSL, GL, AP to address specific client requirements. • Patch Management: Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities. • Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices. • Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams. • Training and Support: Providing basic training to customers on Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities and usage Generic Managerial Skills, If any • In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Thorough understanding of core Oracle Fusion ERP Financial module like FSL, GL, AP. Oracle fusion on cloud Experience with Reporting Tools: HCM Extracts, BIP and OTBI • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and related technologies. • Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose technical issues systematically and identify root causes. • Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 per year
