Greet residents, families, and guests warmly Assist with questions, concerns, and service requests Act as a liaison between families and facility departments Help ensure resident and family satisfaction Support admissions and front desk activities when needed Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally Qualifications: Customer service experience required Experience in a healthcare or nursing facility is a plus Strong communication and people skills Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude Organized and able to multitask Basic computer skills What We're Looking For:
