The Premier Banker is responsible for delivering a high?quality, consultative banking experience to clients by providing personalized financial planning, product recommendations, and comprehensive relationship management. The role requires strong knowledge of banking products, excellent communication and sales skills, and at least three years of client service or sales experience. Key duties include opening accounts, processing loan requests, conducting financial reviews, identifying cross?sell opportunities, generating new business, and collaborating with wealth management, private banking, and retail teams to ensure seamless service. Guided by Fidelity's Model Experience, the Premier Banker works across in?person, phone, email, and virtual channels to support clients' financial goals, strengthen long?term relationships, and contribute to the bank's growth and retention objectives.
