Fidelity Bank is seeking a Government Banking Relationship Associate to support a growing portfolio of municipal, county, school district, and other public-sector clients. This role works closely with the Government Banking Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional client service, ensure adherence to public-fund requirements, and strengthen long-term relationships within the government sector. The position includes assisting with client onboarding, documentation, treasury services, and account management while serving as a responsive point of contact for government officials and internal partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in government banking and commercial lending.
