Upload and review responses from suppliers regarding part delivery status Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies Enter quotes from suppliers and inter-company as needed Address suppliers slow to respond and/or non-responsive Expedite specific urgent items as required Deliver Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for chronically late suppliers Maintain improvement efforts with suppliers on poor delivery performance, utilizing root cause corrective action methodologies Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned Identify, establish and maintain order priorities for deliveries with suppliers on focused delivery recovery efforts Expedite parts on-site at suppliers utilizing lean manufacturing, work prioritization principles as required Communicate delivery improvement plan actions with Sales and Purchasing leadership teams Coordinate multiple and changing priorities daily Take responsibility for own work and provide support to others Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
Bachelor's degree is preferred in business management, business administration or any related field 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role, preferably in the aerospace industry Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability Special Requirements: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. ITAR requirement 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
