Investor Relations Associate- Private Equity

Where: Middle Market PE Fund investing in multiple sectors

Location: NYC Mid Town, in office most days

Compensation: 125-135k base + 25-65k

Ideal Candidate: 2-4 years from Ibanking (Healthcare preferred if from IB) or currently in IR at another PE Fund (any industry/sector) or 3rd party agency. Would consider mgmt consultants with Healthcare experience as well

Our client, a Middle Market PE fund is looking to hire an IR Associate. This role will be focused heavily on IR AND Fundraising for the funds as well as help with brand strategy for the firm and potentially PortCos. Candidate must have excellent writing, PPT and presentation skills.

Assist in the preparation of investor communications and materials including pitch decks, quarterly updates, annual meeting presentations, DDQs, and ad hoc LP requests.

Support fundraising initiatives by coordinating marketing materials, organizing data rooms, and helping manage investor diligence processes.

Lead the creation and refinement of presentation materials in PowerPoint, transforming complex investment data into clear, visually compelling slides.

Maintain and manage CRM systems and investor databases while tracking engagement with both prospective and existing limited partners.

Contribute to broader firm marketing efforts including website updates, firm presentations, thought leadership pieces, and external communications.

Support portfolio reporting by assisting with performance summaries, benchmarking analysis, and investor reporting processes.

Participate in strategic projects such as competitive landscape analysis, industry research, and initiatives tied to future fundraising within a collaborative, lean team environment.
