Responsibilities
Enter and update patient and medical information into our database systems
Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
Meet daily data entry quotas and accuracy targets
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of data entry or clerical experience preferred
Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM)
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus
