Billing and Coding Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Coding Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting accurate revenue cycle processes and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare & therapy services.
You would be responsible for accurate claim submission, coding review, payment posting, denial follow-up, and insurance communication related to services provided. This role works closely with clinical teams, front office staff, and leadership to ensure clean claims and strong financial performance.
Responsibilities
Review documentation for billing accuracy and completeness Submit insurance claims in a timely manner Post payments and reconcile accounts Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims Communicate with insurance companies regarding authorizations, eligibility, and claim status Work patient accounts including balances, adjustments, and follow-up Ensure compliance with payer requirements and coding guidelines Support productivity and revenue cycle reporting needs Collaborate with clinic teams to improve billing workflows What you will need
Experience in medical billing and/or coding Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10, as well as healthcare and therapy billing processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills What we offer
