ADP, Inc. seeks a NAS HCM Service Consultant III at our Maitland, FL loc. to research, troubleshoot, & resolve ADP client app issues during sys set ups, prod func, prod enhancements, data defects & gen client inquiries. Bachs deg in Comp Sci, Info Tech, Buss Admin, Hum Res or reld field + 5 yrs of reld exp req. ADP will also accept a MA deg + 3 yrs of reld exp. 3 years of exp must incl: Benefit admin incl. best practices, common benefit pkg offerings & basic regulatory knowledge surrounding benefit admin; Dev. & impl. complex config. solutions for s/w apps; Writing SQL queries; Coding within HWSE & Vantage sys. to provide solutions; Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Data reporting tools; Provide feedback/suggestions on process improvements to gain efficiency or increase client satisfaction; Using data analytics to analyze client data toward identification of trends, areas of concern, create metrics to show ROI; Create & execute comprehensive test plans for all config. changes & communicate issues back to dev. for resolution; Troubleshoot client inquiries using various systems.
